NterNow allows homebuyers driving by locked spec homes the freedom to securely enter a home independently, without a Realtor or Sales Associate. This means they can conveniently tour before or after work, quickly on a lunch break, or over the weekend and not have to worry if a sales center is open or have to fit into a showing agent’s schedule. NterNow users are also often early in their homebuying process and often shy about entering Sales Centers.
Realtors can also take advantage of on‑demand access to homes for their clients faster and with more flexibility. They can easily take an initial look before recommending a home to a client or take a client before or after sales center hours.
