SmartTouch® CEO Attends Deerbrooke Amenity Center Groundbreaking
SmartTouch® CEO, Robert Cowes, attended the groundbreaking of the Deerbrooke amenity center in Leander, TX on November 8, 2018. Located just north of Austin, Leander is the fasted growing city in the Austin area. Robert joined Randy Rollo, Principal, and Erika Ramon, Marketing Director, at Randolph Todd Developers to kick off the next step in Deerbrooke’s development, new homes in Leander from the $250s.

What’s in store for the Deerbrooke Amenity Center
The amenity center is slated to be complete Summer 2019. The center will include:

- Fully‑equipped fitness center with indoor and outdoor yoga spaces
- Resort‑style pool and splash pad
- Unique children’s playscape
Deerbrooke also plans to have a community social director plan neighborhood events, including board game nights and football and baseball watch parties.
